This wine is notable for its high acidity and green apple aromas, with a deep yellow color typical of orange wines. It features a pleasant effervescence and the strong, distinctive flavors characteristic of natural wines. Although it may not suit those who are put off by the typical aromas of natural wines, the editor found it to be a delightful tasting experience.

This bar has a completely different vibe from traditional French wine bars, with its unique minimalist atmosphere and modern interior. Despite being open for less than a year, it boasts a high percentage of young clientele. The ambiance can vary greatly depending on where you sit. Window seats or interior tables offer privacy, while the central bar tables allow you to immerse yourself in the culture of young French locals.

Goûte was founded by Louis Goumand and Olivier Chalifour. The two founders have experience in well-known restaurants, Septime and Brutos, respectively.
